COMMENTS: You may see something like… “Commenting On This Post Topic Was Disabled.” Most of the articles which are posted here only allow comments but a few do not. All comments must be made via the Discus system. This requires you to login to Discus (can use Facebook or Twitter) before you can post a comment.
FORUM: It is REQUIRED that you be registered and logged in before you can post or even view the forum. Logging into the Site (as a registered user) will automatically give you access to the Forum and signing up for the forum is equated with registering on the site. Both registrations will enable you to use the entire site.
