. Although copyright is retained, limited use is allowed under the following circumstances. Any use not directly covered here is retained. This notice is meant to be a “common sense” license but you should contact the copyright holder to arrange release under conditions not covered here.

2. You ARE allowed to use these files in your personal devotions.
3. You may NOT use these files for any kind of commercial endeavor. (If you require any kind of payment for your service, then it is a “commercial venture” in this reference.)
4. You may use these files in your “allowed ministry.” The type of “ministry” and whether it is freely offered are both considered. I realize the this is a bit ambiguous – if you have ANY questions, you should contact the copyright holder before use. Normal rules for quoting should be in play. Short quotes are allowed – with attribution. Use of an entire outline or note-set must meet all requirements of the copyright holder. See point #7 for more guidance.
5. You are NOT allowed to use these works in any printed or electronic media (Book, Magazine, TV, Radio, CD, DVD, Internet, etc) without prior permission from the copyright holder. Use is allowed if such use is a simple extension of your allowed ministry (see point #4).  If you receive more compensation from your print or electronic “ministry” than from more traditional ministry compensation, then (for purposes of this license) the print/electronic format is your primary “ministry” and therefore use is not allowed.
6. You may not re-post these files on the Internet. You may provide a direct link back to this page or this site – but you are NOT allowed link to a particular file.
7. If you utilize more than a small portion of one of these files in any VERBAL format, then you SHOULD offer appropriate credit to the author.  (For example, while sharing a sermon, you could mention, “Bishop Ray Waldo provided the original idea for this on his Blog, ChiefShepherd.com”.) If you utilize more than a small portion in any print or electronic format, then you MUST provide complete attribution & link back (point #6).
